In-home Inflatable Rain Policy (outdoor rentals only): During periods of severe weather conditions (I.E. rain, high winds etc…) we reserve the right to cancel your reservation and refund your payment. If rain or high winds are in the forecast for the day of your event (per The Courier Journal) you may cancel as late as 7am on the morning of your event by calling 412-1500 and leaving a message. We will check messages but once we reach the delivery site your are responsible for the full amount.
