What does a private KaZoing! party mean?
At KaZoing! you won’t be sharing your child’s special event with hundreds of strangers in one of those madhouse mega-centers. You can relax knowing that the only kids in your party are kids you invited! We’re a kid-centered, family friendly establishment (no alcohol or video games) that encourages parents and kids to play together and create a lasting family memory. Our trained and energetic staff has celebrated hundreds of parties and special events so you can relax knowing your child’s party is in good hands.
How do I schedule a party at KaZoing?
We are excited to now offer ONLINE booking. You may select and complete your party order online. Or, if you prefer you may call and we can complete your reservation over the phone. We may have additional party times not listed online so if you do not see the time you need, call us at 412-1500.
How do I schedule a group event or field trip?
It’s easy, just call us or send an email to fun@kazoing.com and we will contact you.
How do I enroll in a class, Mother’s Day Out or camp?
Reservations are required for classes, MDO and camps. You may reserve a spot online by clicking the banner near the top of every page on our web site or by clicking here. You can also call us at 412-1500. Or email us at fun@kazoing.com.
Do I need a reservation for Open Plays or Special Fun Days?
No. Just come and enjoy the fun. (An adult must stay with the kids.)
Is a deposit required for a party?
Yes, a $50 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve a party room and time. The party spot is not reserved until we receive a deposit which you may pay online, in person or over the phone. We do accept all major credit cards. The deposit will be deducted from the price of the party.
How do I get invitations and are they included?
Invitations are included, just tell us how many you need. We have a pick-up box outside our door for easy access or we can mail them for a $3 postage & handling fee. Our invitations include a permission form, map and phone number for your guests. Please use a regular stamp if you wish to mail them but don’t fold in half or the post office will return them for additional postage.
May I use my own invitations?
Yes you can. The parents of your invited guest will still need to sign a permission form for their kids to play. You can print the permission slip off our website and include them in your invitations or parents can fill one out at the front desk of KaZoing!
Is a permission slip required?
Yes. A permission slip is required for all minors.
How many guests can I invite?
Each of our parties has a standard amount of kid guests. You may invite more but we do have a guest fee of $9.95 for additional guest that attend the party. (Two of our parties, Glamour and Tot Lot have a limit on the total number of kids due to space restrictions. Glamour, Diva and Princess parties are limited to 20 kids total while Tot Lot parties are limited to 25 kids total. The Boing! Inflatable parties and Art Studio parties can handle large numbers up to 100 kids.
Who counts as a guest?
Children between the ages of 2-16 count as guests. Guests under age 2 are not charged for parties if you provide their names at check-in.
Do adults count as guests?
Adults are always welcome and are NOT counted. Please advise us if you are expecting a large number of adults so we can better prepare for your party.
What time should I arrive for my party?
We ask that you arrive 10 minutes before the start of the party. This will allow us to get everything settled so that you may greet your guests. Payment of the balance is due at check-in before the party begins.
Do I need to stay at the party?
Yes, we do require the parent host to stay at the event. Other adults are optional but we love when they join the fun.
Are socks required?
Yes, for your safety and sanitation socks are mandatory in the inflatables and Tot Lot.
How is safety maintained at KaZoing?
To the highest standard at all times. KaZoing! prides itself on creating the safest, cleanest and most fun facility possible. We do this in many ways:
- Safety gate: single point of entry. There is only one way into KaZoing! and that helps us keep an eye on who comes into KaZoing! Importantly, it also helps us make sure that children can’t leave without an adult.
- Daily Safety Inspections. We perform a safety check on our equipment daily and perform maintenance as needed.
- Safety Briefing. We have safety rule posters in our lobby and in many other areas. Before certain parties, we have a safety meeting with kids and parents to help everyone stay safe.
- Training. We train our staff on safety and then we train them again and then we train them again.
- Plugs. We have safety plugs throughout our facility.
- Staffing. Our Boing! Inflatable room is always run by a trained staffer. NO EXCEPTIONS!
May I decorate my party room?
All of our party rooms are colorful and fun but you many bring in additional decorations. Please remember the staff will try to assist in decorating but their first priority must be safety and running your event. Please do not tape on the walls, no confetti, no silly string and only pull piñatas. Balloons are available for purchase for less than you pay at most area stores. We do charge a $25 repair fee for damage done to walls by decorations.
What is provided with my party?
All KaZoing! parties include:

May I bring party favors?
Yes. Or you can have us supply them. Our party favor gift bags include a selection of fun gifts and a KaZoing! Open Play pass.
What should I bring?
Please bring your cake and candles. As a courtesy we do allow you to bring dry snacks (popcorn, goldfish etc…), bottled water and cups of ice cream. We do not allow other outside food at birthday parties.
What if I wish to serve other food or drinks?
Great! We are happy to supply a variety of yummy options including pizza. We offer a great selection of pizzas, sandwiches, chicken and more. You may purchase large pizzas with any toppings for just $11. A pizza/drink combo includes 2 slices of pizza and drink for $2.75 each. We also offer 100% juice boxes for 50 cents or other drinks $1 each.
May I spend more time than designated in the play area or party room?
With at least 14 days advance notice, we can often arrange extra time for an additional fee. Approval is based on availability.
Can we start the party in the party room?
Because jumping and food does not mix well we are unable to do this.
Are tips appropriate?
Our KaZoing! staff does not expect tips but they do appreciate them.
What if I need to reschedule or cancel my party?
The deposit is non-refundable. If you provide at least 14 days notice you may apply your deposit to any available date or time within the next 30 days. If you cancel or reschedule a party within 7 days of your party date, you will be responsible for 100% of the total party price. Remember that your deposit is non-refundable.
